Hourly Rate                $45

Block Rate                   $400 Day Rate (10 hr block)

The hourly rate includes an engineer

Other Costs:

Rentals: The hourly rate includes a basic set of instruments (drumset, ac. and el. guitar, el. bass and the piano). Other instruments have daily or project-based rental fees.

Media: There is a fee for data storage if the studio keeps a backup disk.

Payment

Payment in full is expected at the completion of each recording session. All mixes, CD-Rs, drives, etc. shall remain the property of The Gallery until all invoices are paid in full by the client. We accept cash, money orders or certified checks.

Booking

A 40% deposit is required to guarantee time booked. At least 7 days notice is required to transfer or be refunded the deposit.

Liability

The client must sign an agreement and will be held responsible for the actions of all artists and guests he or she brings to any session. These rules apply to all persons. There are absolutely no exceptions whatsoever. The client is liable for any and all damage they cause to our equipment due to negligence, abuse, or clumsiness.

The Gallery will make every effort to prevent its own equipment failure, but assumes no liability for delays or charges caused by failure of Gallery equipment during sessions.  The Gallery also assumes no liability for clients’ equipment, other personal belongings and guests.
